fluffy vanilla cupcakes!

My new Kitchen Aid mixer! I couldn't wait any longer.. had to bake something! So the kids decided Friday's would be baking day or I should say Cupcake day!I've been searching for the BEST fluffy vanilla cupcake recipe for a very long time! I think I have finally found one that I love! These cupcakes are based on Dorie's Perfect Party Cake Recipe.. and they really are just perfect!
