Check out these adorable minion cookies I made for my sons birthday yesterday! He took them to school to share with his teacher and classmates. So happy to hear that they were a huge hit! As he was at school I spent the entire day baking him a mini minion birthday cake. I used my favorite chocolate cake recipe and filled it with his favorite Oreo cookie buttercream!
